Submission / Observation
Use the form below to make a formal submission or observation on the Proposed Amendments to the Draft Dublin City Development Plan, 2011-2017. This will be taken into consideration prior to the preparation of the Plan. Your comments will be duly considered by the City Council.

In order to facilitate the plan preparation process, please make your submission as early as possible. Keep all submissions clear, simple and concise. Note that only observations/submissions in relation to the PROPOSED AMENDMENTS and/or Environmental Report and/or Appropriate Assessment will be taken into consideration. Submissions not adhering to these criteria will be considered invalid.
Submissions can also be made in the following ways:
At the Civic Offices: Written submissions or observations should be marked 'Draft Dublin City Development Plan' and submitted to: Development Plan Team, Planning Secretariat, Planning and Economic Development Department, Dublin City Council, Block 4, Floor 3, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8.
At Public Display Locations: Written submissions can also be placed in the "Comments Box" provided at the public display locations listed on the public notice.
Via email: Observations or submissions may also be made via email to development.plan@dublincity.ie Please note that submissions made via email must include the full name and address of the person making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented.
Written submissions or observations will be accepted from Wednesday 18th August 2010 to Wednesday 15th September 2010 inclusive. Observations/submissions must be received by 4.30pm on Wednesday 15th September 2010.
